Since moving to South Texas in 1993, Wade has built a multifaceted portfolio that includes over 20 years of business ownership, community involvement and real estate experience across all sectors. He earned his bachelor’s degree from VCSU, North Dakota and a master’s degree from Texas A&M University, College Station. Wade also acquired his CCIM certification in 2019 recognizing him as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager – a certification that has been awarded to only 6% of all real estate professionals worldwide. In 2021, Wade received the CoStar Power Broker Award. Most importantly, Wade has earned the trust and respect from peers and clients alike in the real estate industry. When he’s not busy working, Wade enjoys spending time with his family and watching high school and college sports.
