Steven is a licensed Sales Agent and Development Partner of New Southern Commercial, specializing in land entitlement and commercial brokerage in Texas. Since 2010, Steven has held corporate real estate positions specializing in acquisitions, land development, and public finance for commercial and residential master-planned community developments. Steven has managed the production of over 200 development feasibility studies for land, residential, multi-family, industrial, office, retail, hotel, golf course, and self-storage uses. He has consulted on the issuance of $300 million in Tax Increment Financing, Public Improvement District, Municipal Utility District, and other public financing vehicles for development. Clients include business operators, nationally recognized public and private-sector homebuilders, and land developers. Steven also specializes in the review of jurisdictional development impact fees, raw water rights, and Development Agreements for new development. Steven graduated with honors from the University of Denver with a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management.
